Hearing Aid Center is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all people, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We serve patients who live with hearing loss and other disabilities, and we take digital accessibility seriously as an extension of the patient care we provide in person.

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the HHS Section 504 Rehabilitation Act regulations (effective May 2024).

Known Limitations

The embedded OpenStreetMap on the Contact page is a third-party service with limited accessibility controls. We provide a text address and directions as an alternative.
Any future video content will include closed captions and audio descriptions.

Technical Information

This website is built with HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. It does not use accessibility overlay widgets or plugins. Accessibility is implemented directly in the source code of the site itself. The site has been tested with keyboard navigation, screen reader review, and automated checking tools.
